  • The Revelation of Jesus Christ

    Dear Saint,

This study of the Revelation (commonly called The Book of Revelation) examines the prophecy in the context of a first century, contemporary fulfillment as opposed to a futuristic interpretation that sees the events prophesied as being fulfilled in the twenty first century.

Perhaps the most important book in the New Testament Canon, The Revelation is a prophecy given by Jesus to the Apostle John about imminent events that were about to break loose on the world of the first century. It constantly warns that, “the time is near!” Without considering this fact the Revelation will not be properly understood.  Like all prophecy the Revelation was written to encourage, exhort, and comfort first century Christians in the Roman Empire, when persecution and the very real threat of martyrdom were presenting them with a severe temptation to apostatize from the faith.

The final dissolution of the obsolete Old Covenant age was about to take place with the judgment of God upon Jerusalem and the destruction of the temple, which happened in 70 A.D. and was the fulfillment of Jesus’ prophecy in Matt. 24. The New Covenant age of Messiah’s reign was being inaugurated and fully revealed.

John received the Revelation in symbolic form. However, we are not left to highly “fertile imaginations” to interpret the symbols. All of the symbols of Revelation come from the Old Testament Scriptures. Therefore, we do not need twenty-first century news magazines to interpret Revelation. The rule of interpreting Revelation is that, “Scripture interprets Scripture.”

Whilst the book of Revelation was fulfilled in the first century (except for the last three chapters) it does not therefore mean that it has no relevance to us today. As the prophecy imparted strength and encouragement to the early Church, it also still speaks to us in the 21st century, encouraging us to also live an overcoming life.

Although there exists enormous controversy surrounding the interpretation of this highly symbolic book, it nevertheless has a clear message regarding the present administration of the Kingdom of God and Christ's rule over the nations today.

At the conclusion of this study you will have a clear understanding:

    • Of the Revelation as a prophecy about the end of the Old Covenant age, culminating in the wrath of the Lamb being poured out upon apostate Israel, and the dawning of the New Covenant age as opposed to it being a prophecy about the end of history, centuries into the future.

    • That the Lord’s Jesus Christ’s judgment on the apostate Jewish nation is the pattern of how He will judge the nations on the basis of their response to the Gospel of the Kingdom, and on the basis of the governmental prayers and worship of the Church.

    • Of the hermeneutical principle established by Jesus and the apostles regarding the fulfilment of Old Testament prophesies.

    • Of the reformation that must take place in the work of the Church of the 21st century in order for the Church to fulfil its mandate.

    • Of the practical principles that are applicable to us, as twenty first century Christians, in the trials and tribulations that the Church faces today. The, “to him who overcomes,” is still a clarion call to us today.

    • Of your whole Bible and the unity of its message. John quotes hundreds of passages from the Old Testament, and all of the symbols of his message are found in the Old Testament. Therefore we do not need contemporary news magazines to interpret the Revelation. You will actually see how “Scripture interprets Scripture.”

    • Of the Lord Jesus Christ in the midst of His Church, and as God’s anointed King, presently ruling and reigning at the right of God, until He has subdued all of His enemies under His feet. The last enemy that will be subdued is death ... at His final appearing!

Ultimately, the Revelation is about the, Victory of Christ, and how we are to walk in it!

    In Christ,

    Apostle Rod Seago

In January of this year Bishop Kouri, Apostle Mike Daub, and Hannah and Eric Granata went to India for the 2016 Communion of Apostolic Churches mission trip. Bishop Kouri went primarily to spend some face time with Paul Rebbavarapu and his son James who head up the Communion of Covenant Churches, made up of over 7,000 churches that they and their apostolic company have planted. This work is the fruit of almost forty years of covenant relationship with them and with the work in India. The primary purpose of this trip was to strategize with Paul and James about how to introduce the message and vision of the Communion of Apostolic Churches into India. It was a wonderful time together in the Lord. Here is a PDF report prepared for all those who prayed for and supported this trip.

  • Mike Daub's India Report Part 1

Here is the First Installment of Apostle Mike Daub's 3 Part Report on The 2016 India Mission With Photos:

The NE Himalayan Region of India

This is the first of 3 reports describing my trip to India, January 19 through February 1. In this report, I will address my time with the NE Himalayan regional director for Apostolic Ministries and Churches International and the Apostles Theological Seminary, Dr. Adam Rangnamei.

This was truly an epic event for me. I first made acquaintance with Adam in 2007, when the Apostles Theological Seminary was first launched. He joined as an international student and had just discovered Bishop George Kouri, ATS and AMCI.

During my time of active involvement with ATS up until 2011, Adam was one of the most diligent students and participated in all of Dr. George Kouri’s classes and online chat room discussions. As a result, he and I became well acquainted.

I had tried to meet him in the Manipur province of India in the Spring of 2009 as I was part of a short term mission team working in the neighboring country of Myanmar. He and I were communicating by Internet attempting to meet near the border. But due to limited time and funding, that trip was cut short as Yangon the capital city was as far I as I could travel. So through the years up and through 2015, Adam and I would communicate through the Internet and Facebook Messenger.

So my arrival last month was an amazing event to finally meet Adam and spend 4 days together. Everyday he had scheduled ministry events as well as evening meals in his home to strategize and plan. We covered all things related to his involvement with ATS, AMCI, his regional church plants, his relationship with regional ministers of the Gospel, and his intention to reach neighboring countries. I realized how committed he is to God and our related cause, especially his great regard and affection for the man whom he calls his “Papa George Kouri”!

One of my greatest discoveries was that Adam is fluent in 6 languages, including English. His work is located in a very strategic part of India, known as the NE Himalayan Region, which is bordered by 6 strategic nations; Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, China, Myanmar and Bangladesh. As a multi lingual communicator of the Gospel of the Kingdom, Adam is a great connection for training, equipping and overseeing the Work of God in these bordering countries.

The first occasion planned for me was to attend and speak at the ATS graduation ceremony in Siliguri, West Bengal Province in NE India. Adam as regional director had planned a wonderful meeting where 23 students received diplomas for work completed over the past 3 years. I was very impressed with Adam’s diligence to oversee and gather not only a student body, but also administration support and faculty members who help him teach the ATS course material. That day was momentous for both ATS as well as AMCI. Many of the parents and family members attending the ceremony, observed the 15 Master degree and 8 bachelor degree graduates walk forward in a cap and gown ceremony. (Pictures are included at the end of this report.)

As the honorary commencement speaker, I gave a brief message about the need for leadership training and development. It was an appeal to send and fund more students to attend the ATS regional school in Siliguri. I received great feed back from the faculty and students and expect the NE Himalayan ATS to grow and gain momentum. Adam has already acquired a small piece of land, approximately 1 acre and the outer lying part of Siliguri, to build a future campus. This is a great encouragement for Chancellor Kouri, President Dr. Jim Bradshaw and all the leadership team at ATS. There is now an effective demand in India for ATS, its curriculum, and contributing faculty members.

Earlier the same day, Adam scheduled me for two one-hour sessions at the AMCI leadership seminar, where some 60+ local leaders participated in an AMCI sponsored event addressing; the Harvest of Nations, the Gospel of the Kingdom and how we can work together to address the present open door for the Gospel. This demonstrated to me the influence Adam has in this region. Many of the local denomination leaders regard Adam as a serious influencer and show respect for his leadership capability and history as a missionary in both India and Nepal.

On the following day, Adam planned a trip to the Bangladesh Border. This part of India is most interesting as it separates the two countries of Bangladesh and Nepal by a tiny portion of land approximately 60 KM wide. This area is mostly agricultural and so our plan for the day was to visit one of congregations in Adam’s sphere located in the Kamala Tea Plantation. I spent 3 hours speaking in 3 sessions on revival and awakening to reach the nations with the Gospel of the Kingdom. I was enthusiastically received by the leadership and members, who gave me an honorary welcome.

The third day was a planned trip to the city of Darjeeling near the Nepal border to speak in a King’s Church house group, comprised of Nepali people. Adam translated for me into the Nepali language. And again, Adam’s language skills are very impressive. That day I met with two regional leaders to discuss the work of God in NE India, the neighboring countries and how to train and equip teams to reach the many ethnic groups in their corner of the world.

In summary, the harvest field is truly ripe in NE India. I have a great regard for our brother, Dr. Adam Rangnamei, and believe he and his wife Nima are a gift from God. Both are very diligent in the work of God. I highly commend them for consideration to support them as allies of ATS and AMCI. Nima, herself is a full time nurse at the local West Bengal Medical Center in Siliguri. And she is also multi lingual and an effective communicator in Bengali, the language of Bangladesh.

I look forward to a time when I can return and continue to pour in our mutual support and encouragement to this wonderful couple, and apostolic team doing the work of God in NE India.

  • Mission INDIA: Christmas Offering

Dear King’s Church Family and Friends,

In January of 2015 Apostle George Kouri took His wife, His daughter and granddaughter to South India on apostolic mission. Brother Kouri and Pastor Sandra ministered in several of the churches that they helped to plant and also in 2 major leadership conferences in Ongole and Hyderbad. Pastor Sandra, Hannah, and Isabel took several suitcases full of clothing and medical supplies to the orphanages that have been established to care for special needs children in Hyderabad and in Ongole. The PDF report with pictures of their apostolic mission can be downloaded here. January 21-31 of 2016 Apostle Kouri will be leading a team back to India on a special apostolic mission. His spiritual son in the faith, Apostle Mike Daub, and his daughter Hannah and her husband Eric will be going with him.

Apostle Daub and Apostle Kouri will be meeting in council for several days with Apostle Paul Rebbavarapu and his son James Rabbavarapu and other key leaders to discuss the general condition of the work of God in India and other parts of the world and to develop practical strategies regarding the establishment of an Apostolic Embassy in India to serve as the Global Headquarters for Communion of Apostolic Churches. They will also explore the feasibility of establishing a brick and mortar version of the Apostles Theological Seminary in order to help raise up a new generation of Kingdom leaders for India and the nations.

Apostle Daub will also travel to Siliguri in North East India to minister in a leadership training conference hosted by Apostle Adam Rangnamei and AMCI, to preside over graduation exercises for a number of our ATS students from our seminary extension in Siliguri and to help Apostle Adam develop plans for expanding our seminary’s outreach in N.E. India, Nepal and the Himalayan region. Hannah and Eric will be working with James and his media team to help them resolve some of the technical problems they are facing and improve the media outreach of the ministry in India.

Obviously, they can’t do what needs to be done in India and in Southeast Asia alone. They need your PRAYERS for God’s wisdom, direction and guidance and for the continued outpouring of the Holy Spirit to send forth and empower laborers for the harvest. They also need your FINANCIAL HELP. It will cost between $8,000 and $10,000 for airline tickets, room and board, and to enable them to host the conferences and leadership meetings they will be having in Hyderabad and Siliguri. Apostle Kouri and his team are asking each of the ministries and churches that are part of AMCI and the CAC to give all their members ample opportunity to give a special India Mission Christmas offering throughout the month of December.

As the Apostle and Bishop of the King’s Church, Brother Kouri is asking each of the members of the King's Church's spiritual family and Facebook friends, to give a special Christmas offering this year and to plant your best seed ever into our apostolic mission to India. What better time could there be to give a special offering into global missions than at Christmas, as we celebrate the birthday of our Savior and King?

The King's Church is receiving our special India Mission Christmas offering throughout the month of December. Special Offering Envelopes will be provided in our services or you may also go to the King’s Church website ( or to the Communion of Apostolic churches website ( and click on the donate button give your offering through PayPal.

Scripture declares that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; Apostle/Bishop Kouri and the King's Church Pastoral Team are asking all of our members and friends to celebrate the birthday of our wonderful Savior and King this Christmas by honoring Him with our best offering ever for global missions!

    In our heavenly Father’s love,

  • Kingly Intercession-Apostle Dutch Sheets

    Kingly Intercession, Apostle Dutch Sheets

"The Call To Kingly Intercession"Dutch Sheets, Dallas, TX

Several weeks ago, upon seeing pictures of an Appeal to Heaven flag being waved over the plains of Nineveh—the location of the first known transforming revival—I was extremely excited. I quickly sent the picture to one of my friends whose immediate response was, "Our prayers have tapped into the root of awakening in the earth." For the past year, connecting my personal testimony with the profound history pertaining to our nation's founding, I have been rallying the Church to make "an Appeal to Heaven."

In the midst of dismal circumstances, countless Believers have responded to this call. Based on what the Holy Spirit spoke to my friend, I believe the appeals to Heaven have been heard and we are now moving into the next phase of this new era—a Third Great Awakening that will impact the world!

We must be mindful, however, that successfully stepping into a new season calls for inquiring of the Lord concerning what we must do differently. Change will be necessary in order to come into proper alignment with the season, preparing us for what He wants to release to us and through us in this kairos time. One of the things I hear the Lord saying is that in this new season, we must pray differently.

    Keys For Kingly Intercession

Isaiah 22:22 and Matthew 16:18-19 are essential passages of Scriptures for shifting into this new aspect of prayer. Both mention "keys" as a way to illustrate the Believer's authority in the spirit realm. These keys are indispensable tools God is highlighting for igniting a prayer movement that will bring about a righteous turnaround in this nation.

"Then I will set the key of the house of David on his shoulder,
When he opens no one will shut, When he shuts no one will open." Isaiah 22:22

"I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My Church; and the gates of Hades will not overpower it. "I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven; and whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in Heaven."Matthew 16:18-19

Using our authority to open and close spiritual doors is an aspect of prayer I sometimes refer to as "kingly intercession." My understanding of this facet of prayer, which I will also call "governmental intercession," began with an unusual comment made to me by a prophet in the late 1980s and culminated with a statement the Lord made to me in 2002.

"God is going to bring the Church into the fresh age of the Melchizedek order, and you will be a part of initiating it," declared the prophet. I had no idea what this meant. Fast-forward approximately fifteen years to October 2002. I was praying for America, primarily concerning the judicial system, when I heard the Holy Spirit say, "You will fully shift the government of America when the prayer movement fully shifts from priestly intercession only, to kingly intercession as well."

Suddenly, I remembered what the prophet had said to me years ago. And, finally, I understood "the fresh age of the Melchizedek order." Grasping this revelation will expand our understanding of governmental or kingly intercession.

    Understanding The Melchizedek Order

Melchizedek was first mentioned in Genesis 14, again in Psalm 110, and then once more in the book of Hebrews. He was a "type" or picture of Jesus in several ways, one of which was that he was both a king and a priest. At the time, this was unheard of. Zechariah 6:13, a messianic verse describing Christ, refers to Him in His King-Priest role, "...Thus, He will be a priest on His throne, and the counsel of peace will be between the two offices."

The function of a king was to rule, representing God's authority to people; the role of priests was to serve, representing the people to God. As our High Priest, Jesus represents our needs and desires to God. As the King, Christ represents and releases the rule, authority and will of God from Heaven to earth. His Kingly role is God-centered, while His Priestly responsibility is human-centered; one releases power and authority (king), the other love, mercy and grace (priest). The priestly role is petition or intercession-oriented; the kingly role is declarative, decreeing God's word and will.

As co-laborers, partners with and representatives of Jesus Christ, we have become extensions of His King-Priest role. Most Christians, though they may or may not think of it as priestly activity, realize that we are to offer up worship and prayer (petitions) from earth to Heaven. Almost none, however, have understanding or involvement in God's plan concerning our kingly representation of Christ (decrees). We are not only priests, we are a "royal (kingly) priesthood" (1 Peter 2:9), who have been given the keys of Kingdom authority in which to bind and loose, forbid and allow, close and open.

As Holy Spirit reemphasizes these prophetic words and Scriptures to me, I sense that He is calling His ekklesia to step fully into our responsibility for kingly intercession. The Lord is calling us to shift from merely petitioning the Father, to also making decrees (official orders, edicts or decisions), declarations (announcements or formal statements) and proclamations (the process of binding and loosing) as we are prophetically inspired by Holy Spirit to do so.

The power of God's decreed Word is extraordinary! It releases His creativity, His salvation, and yes, His judgments! He rules through His Words, and so must we. Consider these verses of Scripture:

"How forcible are right words!"Job 6:25

"You will also decree a thing and it will be established for you; and light will shine on your ways." Job 22:28

"Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. See, I have appointed you this day over the nations and over the kingdoms, to pluck up and to break down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant." Jeremiah 1:9-10

"So I prophesied as He commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they came to life and stood on their feet, an exceedingly great army." Ezekiel 37:10

"Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit." Proverbs 18:21

    The Time Is At Hand

Even as I have heard God's clarion call to wield the Isaiah 22:22key in the governmental arena once again (which you may read about here), I sense that He is calling His ekklesia in America to pray with greater fervency and diligence concerning our national government, especially for the election in 2016.

With several Supreme Court Justices reaching expected retirement ages over the next decade, new nominations to the bench will be forthcoming. The next President, especially if re-elected for a second term, could have a crucial influence on the future of the Supreme Court (the President appoints the Supreme Court nominees). This will, in many ways, determine the future of our nation.

We must fill the bowls of intercession in advance for these choices (Revelation 8:3-5). The Lord is inviting us to take the keys He has made available to us and fully shift our national government. The American church must go beyond asking and petitioning the Lord only, to also decreeing and declaring His will and purposes into the earth. We must move from merely presenting our case before God as priests, to decreeing the rule of Christ into every situation and circumstance. It's time to wield the keys of Kingdom authority and shift into kingly intercession.

Our appeals to Heaven truly are being answered. But let's do even more. It's time to agree with and boldly voice Heaven's decrees in order to establish Heaven's government on earth. I am persuaded that we can turn the tide in America through effective governmental intercession. The Lord's will can be accomplished in our land, and righteousness can be restored to the White House, Congress, and the judicial system.

America, the time is now. God is bringing forth the fresh age of the Melchizedek order. Be a part of it!
